Elyse is a passionate physiotherapist and fellow cyclist, triathlete, ‘weekend warrior’ and Melbourne coffee lover who brings extensive experience to her practice, having worked as a Physiotherapist for over 10 years, both here in Melbourne and overseas in the UK.
She holds a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy (La Trobe University) and has worked with elite sporting teams, and as such, brings a high level of critical thinking and problem solving to your treatment, particularly in sports injury management. She has a particular interest in managing hip, knee and ankle injuries, along with endurance sports.
Elyse is focused on long-term outcomes
Elyse does not believe in quick fixes that treat symptoms in the short term, but leave you injured, in discomfort and frustrated in the long run. Sure, she’ll get you up and running now, but she’ll do so with a sustainable methodology that uses simple self-management and education so that you’re thriving for years to come.
